Description
FDNM Floating Torsion Anchor 4 1/2" EUE Tubing Pump Rotating Torque Anchor
The torque anchor is an anti detachment tool designed specifically for screw pumps. The torque anchor mainly consists of a misalignment, a block,a sleeve,a stabilizer, etc. When starting downwards, the torque is anchored to the lower end of the screw pump. When the screw pump is working, the positive torque generated rotates the clamp block. Under the frictional force between the clamp block and the casing, the clamp block flips and misaligns the stator and inner wall of the screw pump and the casing. When the screw pump stops working, the forward torque disappears, and under the action of the reverse torque, the paving is automatically released. This solves the problem of the T211 type packer assembly, which is commonly used for anchoring screw pumps underground, having a lower load-bearing torque and frequent oil pipe detachment during production. Simple structure and convenient use.
